Mona Vale Time: www Budget: www Like:ggg Built in the 70’s with a grand floor plan of good size rooms and generous entry stairs and hall way – this house had great bones and needed some TLC and some updating both inside and out. The laundry was relocated to the first floor and became half butler pantry and half laundry straight off the kitchen. The area on the lower ground floor then turned into separate accommodation with the creation of the new ensuite bathroom, bedroom and lounge / wet bar area opening to the front landscaped courtyard and outdoor shower. Very happy with the end results.

Whale Beach / Extension Time: www Budget: www Like:ggg The brief was to create a relaxed coastal feel incorporating design aspects of old style Queensland homes. Verandahs to catch the breeze and to blend seamlessly with the inside.

Neutral Bay / Kitchen Time: www Budget: www Like:ggg This apartment had been tenanted for years - it was tired and outdated. With a new kitchen and better design we were able to create a modern, well equipped and stylish workplace with the latest finishes.

Balmain / Studio and Pool Time: www Budget: www Like: ggg This was stage 1 of a larger project. The brief was to create a studio, valuable off-street parking, pool and landscaping. Included was a small kitchenette on the upper level, a bathroom on the lower level and Juliet balconies overlooking the pool and garden.

Newport / Bedroom Time: www Budget: www Like: ggg Originally this space was the double garage. New wardrobes were installed behind a dividing wall to create the ultimate walk-in robe and to give privacy to the ensuite behind. New lighting, carpets and colour with sheer curtains completed this new parents retreat.

Neutral Bay / Kitchen Time: www Budget: www Like: ggg This kitchen was redesigned to incorporate a laundry, large pantry, slim-line dishwasher whilst maintaining a minimalist feel. Handmade subway tiles with “Essa” stone tops and ceramic floor board tiles complete the transformation.

Roseville Chase / Kitchen Time: www Budget: www Like: ggg The kitchen was originally running under the windows and the space was also divided into 2 separate storage rooms. By repositioning the kitchen to the opposite side and removing as many walls as possible we were able to create a sleek modern space. The kitchen is now light filled, modern and a joy to cook in.

Styling

Avalon / Styling Time: www Budget: www Like: ggg This home had been tenanted for many years and was very tired and dated. New carpet and paint throughout, plus refurbishing of bathrooms. Long neglected maintenance was also addressed. Styling completed this property’s presentation ready for the Auction campaign

Avalon / Kitchen Time: www Budget: www Like:ggg This kitchen was a make over of an older kitchen. New doors were made and Granite Transformations installed new stone tops without having to remove existing. New skylight, ceiling, handles and glass splash back completed the change
